About NORA
Nora is a Residential Real Estate Broker with well over a decade of selling in the Twin Cities. Nora started in residential real estate with Verve Realty in early 2013, and since then has run her own brokerage, managed a team, and acted as a mentor, all the while continuing to do what she loves best, helping clients with their real estate buying and selling needs. In 2022, Nora re-joined Verve Realty as a Broker Associate, teaming up with another Realtor at Verve, Hannah Lane. Nora and Hannah work hand in hand with clients, supporting each other and bringing exceptional client care to every transaction.
Nora's love for everything "home" is rooted in her love for entertaining and an appreciation for the home as the place that we ground ourselves daily and experience many of our life milestones. Nora is passionate about helping buyers find what home means for them, whether it be a condo, an old urban craftsman, a mid-century gem, their dream build or any of the other iterations of home. This also translates to an enthusiasm for helping sellers show their home in its best light, highlighting lifestyle and what makes a house a home.
Home buying and selling, while a major milestone in itself, usually marks other major life events, like expanding families, new jobs, relocations, empty nesting, and retirement. Nora loves working with clients as they transition through life. "It's usually a significant milestone for clients marked by deep emotions and endless logistics, and a good agent makes that process as smooth and easy as possible. I want my clients to always feel that they have all the information they need, understand the implications, can make informed decisions and know what comes next as we navigate the complexities of real estate."
Nora has owned two Kingfield craftsmans and now lives in an East Harriet craftsman with her husband Brent, kids Holden & Augustus, and their dog Birdie. Nora and Brent also own a cabin in La Follette, WI, which is both a vacation home and a rental property, and a 4-unit apartment building in Powderhorn Park.
