Your Urban Hometown

Your Urban Hometown

Richfield is a first-ring suburb that combines rich history with modern conveniences. Established before the city of Minneapolis, Richfield has a unique heritage as the “original Minneapolis”, due to its land connection to Fort Snelling.

Located just south of Minneapolis and west of the MSP airport and Mall of America, with access to many other important Twin Cities highways, enjoy quick drives to wherever you need to be.

Richfield offers many amenities, including 450 acres of park land, the largest of which is Wood Lake Nature Center. Best Buy also houses their corporate headquarters in Richfield, adding to the economic landscape.

What Richfield lacks in fancy housing and attractions it makes up for with approachable home prices and incredible convenience. Its affordability has recently caught the attention of buyers and investors, placing the city in high demand. This influx is bringing more shopping, development, and improved city amenities.

If you’re looking for suburbia without the long commute, Richfield might be perfect for your next home.
