Downtown balances business and pleasure by surrounding a bustling urban core with arts and culture, sports and concert venues, and historic architecture. A few skyscrapers establish a skyline also notable for its brownstone office towers, many in the Art Deco style. But several beloved structures also circle Rice Park, including the Saint Paul Hotel, Landmark Center, Central Library and Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. Here history is palpable. Skyways help pedestrian get around during inclement weather.

The Mississippi River flows through the backyard. Residents of condos, apartments and lofts enjoy easy access to river walks and bikeways, events at Harriet Island, the Science Museum of Minnesota, Xcel Energy Center, and RiverCentre. A vibrant Farmers’ Market, Irish pubs, Asian fusion (do you want examples of these?) restaurants, and Mickey’s Diner They don’t have a website, just an instagram page.
