MEDINA

Medina is an expansive third-ring suburb to the west of Plymouth. It’s generally rural, but has become more suburban, with the main commercial area being along Highway 55 on the city’s east side.

The entirety of Baker Regional Park, a 2,700 acre nature preserve with camping, swimming, bike trails, golfing, and cross country skiing in the winter, lies inside Medina. The Medina Golf & Country Club is another option for residents, offering golf, tennis, swimming, and a fitness center.

The majority of the houses in Medina are luxury with large lots, some in HOA communities.

Medina is less than 15 minutes from downtown Wayzata and beautiful Lake Minnetonka, but gives its residents a quieter lifestyle.

Medina is a great option for anyone looking for a new big house in close proximity to large natural areas.
