CHAMPLIN

Champlin is a third-ring suburb to the northwest of Minneapolis. It’s located right on the Mississippi River, which is where the annual 4-day Father Hennepin Festival is held. Champlin is less than 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, while still giving its residents a more suburban feel. Andrews Park features a splash pad for hot summer days, and ice rinks in the winter.

There are four grocery stores located inside the Champlin city boundaries, with many more right outside in neighboring cities.

Champlin allows you to live in a desirable area without paying for the most expensive suburbs there; if you’re interested in that, buy your next home in Champlin! We will be adding more detailed descriptions soon.
