LAUDERDALE

Lauderdale is a small first-ring suburb located just east of Minneapolis. Highway 280 runs through it, providing quick access to I-35W and I-94, and from there to all over the metro area. In fact, one of Lauderdale’s best features is its great location. It’s near Northeast Minneapolis, Roseville, the St. Anthony Park neighborhood of St. Paul, all without the high prices of living in those places.

That’s not to say that Lauderdale doesn’t have any of its own features. For example, Lauderdale Community Park has a playground, dog park, ice rink, and a baseball field. In addition, Breck Woods has a hiking trail with a small pond.

Lauderdale is a great living option for anyone who wants a less expensive home with easy access to larger cities.
