NORTH OAKS

North Oaks is a private city located directly north of Vadnais Heights. It’s centered around Pleasant Lake, which has beaches and recreation areas around it. There are also at least four more lakes, all of which are restricted to residents of North Oaks. The North Oaks Golf Club is a popular social area for residents, with golfing, dining, and other amenities.

North Oaks mainly has large houses on large lots, and beautiful tree-lined winding roads, giving the feeling of being secluded and far away from the cities while still being less than 25 minutes away from both Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Although North Oaks is primarily residential and doesn’t have grocery stores or traditional amenities, it’s neighbored by Shoreview, which famously has many great amenities and shopping.

For an in-demand nature-centered town, North Oaks is a wonderful option!
