FALCON HEIGHTS

Falcon Heights is a suburb of St. Paul, located directly adjacent to the popular St. Anthony Park and Como neighborhoods. It’s most known for being the home to the Minnesota State Fair, a yearly 12-day event filled with food and activities. The University of Minnesota’s St. Paul campus is also within Falcon Heights, and much of the city is utilized by the college in the form of agricultural fields.

Falcon Heights is conveniently situated between Minneapolis and St. Paul, providing residents with a quick commute to either downtown.

Falcon Heights offers all varieties of houses: single- and multi-family, townhouses, condos, and at a wide range of price points, so there’s something for everyone. The University Grove neighborhood is primarily occupied by faculty and staff of the University. The land in this neighborhood is owned by the college, while the houses are owned by the individuals.

Falcon Heights puts a strong emphasis on gardening. They encourage homeowners to plant front yards with more diverse plants, and even have a community garden for those without yards.

If you’re interested in a home near both downtowns with an abundance of flowers, find your next home in Falcon Heights!
